What do we know about the Invertebrates?
It’s a norm that we find ourselves amazed with the different types of marine fishes but we often neglect one of the most important players in the underwater world community. And yes, those that I’m referring here are nonetheless the Invertebrates and Algae.
The invertebrates and the algae are often regarded as the building block that supports the ecosystem and the reefs population. The aim and objective of this website is to provide an overview and introduce some of the most common invertebrates. Also if you are an avid aquarist, the topics here will talk about and discuss on how a person can actually set up a thriving reef community in a home aquarium. From sponges, cnidarians (corals, anemones and sea fans) up to even fanworms and mollusks, hopefully the information here will stir up the interest of everybody to be part of the conservation community in an effort to promote and understand more about this mysterious group of living organisms. Finally, I welcome ideas and suggestion on how to improve the website. Also if you have anything that you want to share, feel free to drop me a mail using the "Contact Me" page. Hope you will enjoy yourself here. * Definition of Invertebrate - Living organisms without a vertebral column, which joins together to form backbone. |
